What's so great about Gigaroo?

For a very nice ticket price, you get to see a lot of bands! In the end, the average price-per-band is very cheap because Gigaroo provides a healthy dose of music!

2. Camping is a great way to escape from society and free yourself... so do it at Gigaroo!



3. Of course... the last but NEVER the least great reason... Good MUSIC! Many other bands will be there to fill the air with awesome music!

Iselin Ball Field, Iselin, Pennsylvania From Apollo, PA and surrounding areas - Take Rt. 56 past Apollo Ridge High School. Pass The Kool Kone Ice cream place.Turn *RIGHT* right before DoBros Country Kitchen (After a little water wheel thing in the grass on right). Make the next *RIGHT* onto Iselin Rd. (Rt. 3021) Follow until you come to the village of Iselin. the ball field is on the LEFT.

From Indiana, PA and surrounding areas - Take Rt 286 west until you come to the CLARKSBURG VALLEY INN. Turn *RIGHT* onto Iselin Road (Rt. 3021). The ball field will be on the right.

From Monroeville, PA and surrounding areas Take Rt 286 East. Turn *LEFT* onto Iselin Road (Rt. 3021) and follow through town. The ball field will be on the right. From Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas - Take Rt 376 East. 376 East merges with Rt. 22 East. Take Rt 22 East for about 1/4 mile to Rt 286 E (Golden Mile Highway) turn right at Cooper's Trailer Sales (on left) to stay on Rt 286. Turn *LEFT* onto Iselin Road (Rt. 3021) and follow through town. The ball field will be on the right.

*From Altoona - take 220 south to 22 west to (Ebensburg) 422 west to (Indiana) 119 North - then follow directions from Indiana below.

(1 hour drive)





*From Indiana take Hwy 119 North about 20 miles, through Marion Center to small town of Marchand. Go right onto Leasure Run Rd (look for green road sign). Go 1.

2 miles and you're at Timberstone!!!





*From Punxsutawney take Hwy 119 South app. 6 miles from Punxy Boro through the town of Covode and to the next small town of Marchand. In Marchand, go left onto Leasure Run Rd (look for green road sign). Go 1.

*Hot Bodz Contest info: Contest is open to anyone who wants to enter - both men & women (must be 18 or older)!!!! There is a $$$ entry fee (TBA), winners gets $100.00 guaranteed! Sign up sheets will be available all day during the festival.

Contestants must be prepared to strut their stuff in bathing suits, trunks or some other type of hot body outfit!!! So pump those weights and watch the diet and get yourself geared up to participate in the hot bodz contest!!!



*Keg Toss - contest open to everyone.
$5. oo entry fee, winner takes all the $$$!!! Participants will pick up and toss an empty 8 gallon beer keg. Each contestant gets 3 throws - furthest throw wins the pot! Distance judged on initial landing divot.

So get your keg tossing muscles ready and join this spectacle!!! You could win a heap of $$$!!!

Bruce is our certified firework manager and we are planning on gearing him up with some kick ass fireworks that will oooohhh and aaaahhh everyone in honor of the 4th of July - Independence Day!!! It's gonna be an awesome night for some awesome fireworks!!!

Gene Fenton is recruiting Scream Queens to pose in promotional photographs with his sculptures of dinosaurs and other monsters.

Who - or what - is a "Scream Queen"? [No, nothing to do with "adult entertainment" or Hugh Hefner and his less tasteful imitators!]

Originally, a Scream Queen was the beautiful but seemingly helpless female lead in the B-grade horror and sci-fi movies of the 1950s. Menaced by monsters and mad scientists, they would usually (but not always) require rescue by the dashing male lead.

The most elegant (but often strong-willed and heroic) of Scream Queens is actress Allison Hayes who starred in The Unearthly (1957) and Attack Of The 50-Foot Woman (1958).
